With over 15 years in the real estate industry, I have gathered an extensive amount of knowledge and experience in many aspects within the residential real estate industry. As an independent broker, I have gained a wealth of experience in real estate marketing, social media advertising, listing protocols and systems, negotiations, and transaction management. Providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through a seamless transaction is the essence of my job. For buyers, the key is researching the market proactively and identifying that just right home. For sellers, it is all about pricing and promotion – setting the price within market guidelines and promoting it in the right places at the right time – to the agents and buyers who are actively searching. My goal is to assure the home moves quickly and sells at a fair market price. As importantly, I professionally handle all of the transaction details, including negotiations, inspections, warranties, title, insurance, and closing. I also serve as a resource for home services, mortgage, relocation, and staging.
Prior to working in real estate, I spent 15 years in the health care industry first working in the patient care area and then moving on to the administrative side. I worked in strategic planning, network development, product development, and financial modeling for both large hospital systems and insurance providers. While taking time off to be with my children, rehabbing four homes in my free time, I decided to explore the real estate industry and found a new career.
Professionally, I have focused on residential sales, gaining extra education and hands-on experience in working with seniors (SRES), corporate relocation (CRP), and new construction (CNHS and RCC). I recently completed the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation, a Pricing Strategies certification, and Home Staging certification, which continues to further my knowledge in all pertinent areas of real estate. I have an undergraduate degree in Health and Fitness from Gustavus Adolphus College, a Masters of Arts in Adult Training and Development and a Masters in Business Administration, both from the University of St Thomas. When not working with the many clients or on a real estate-related project, I enjoy attending sporting events with my children, traveling, reading, and assisting my general contractor husband, owner of Chamberlain Fine Custom Homes, in building beautiful new homes in the west metro suburbs.
